1. Digital Services

Micro Edge primarily provides digital services such as:

  • Prototyping and consulting

Due to the nature of digital services, once work has begun or a service has been delivered, refunds may be limited.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started after payment has been made.

  • Micro Edge is unable to deliver the agreed service.

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already started on the project

  • The project has been completed and delivered

  • Delays caused by the client (missing content, approvals, or communication)

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Services involving third-party costs (hosting, domain registration, paid plugins, advertising budgets, etc.)


4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if a project is cancelled after work has started but before completion. The refunded amount will be determined based on the work already completed.


5. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation by contacting us in writing. If the project is cancelled after development has begun, charges may apply for the work completed up to that point.


6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be completed depending on the payment provider.
